I accidentally killed it.Happened on November 6th, 2017At block 4,501,969, devops199 calls kill() on a Parity's WalletLibrary contract rendering all Parity Multisigs unusable.
This sparked a big debate through EIP-999 with the proposal to restore the contract code at the address that was self-destructed.
The loss due to the frozen assets at the time was over $300M.
